GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
– It is mandatory to have paid the full invoice and deposited the security deposit before picking up the motorhome.
– The motorhome must be returned clean, with the wastewater tank and toilet empty; otherwise, the customer will be charged €150 for cleaning.
– The user is responsible for any fines or penalties.
– These conditions are only an extract; only the signed terms and conditions are valid.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Vehicle reservations are non-refundable. If the full rental amount is paid and the reservation is cancelled more than sixty days in advance, 70% will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 60 days in advance, 50% will be refunded, and for cancellations made less than 20 days in advance, 10% will be refunded, provided the full rental amount has been paid.
